Abstract

The authors report surgical treatment of a 15-year-old patient B. with a through postoperative defect of anterior hard palate, congenital cleft of hard and soft palate and several previous surgeries. A through defect in anterior hard palate was closed by using of the FAMM flap passed through the maxillary sinus. Surgical treatment restored integrity of the hard palate and ensured conditions for further rehabilitation. Follow-up examination after 3 and 6 months confirmed complete engraftment of the flap and hard palate recovery.
