Abstract

Objective. To describe and evaluate the effectiveness of double spacer columellar graft in creating a stable and correct nasal tip with optimal projection and nasolabial angle.

Material and methods. We created a stable support for nasal tip using a stable double spacer columellar graft from nasal septum cartilage when performing primary and secondary rhinoplasty.

Results. There were 217 surgeries between November 2022 and January 2023. All patients were female. Mean age of patients was 37 years (range 19—55).

Conclusion. Original method for stable support of nasal tip by double spacer columellar graft from nasal septum cartilage is effective for creating a stable and anatomically correct nasal tip with optimal projection and nasolabial angle.
