Objective. To analyze the technical approaches to breast implant removal with optimal aesthetic results.

Material and methods. We assessed the indications for this surgery and surgical techniques depending on duration of implantation, admissibility of mastopexy and preferences of surgeons.

Results. There were a few complications and high patient satisfaction with postoperative aesthetic results.

Conclusion. We developed the optimal approaches for aesthetic problems in patients undergoing breast implant removal.
