The authors analyze fasciocutaneous flaps in resections for breast cancer and techniques allow combination of autologous flaps with implants for better aesthetic results. Studies devoted to breast resections and methods of simultaneous and delayed breast reconstruction with fasciocutaneous flaps are reviewed.
