Abstract

Objective. To substantiate and realize the possibilities of lipofilling for correction of all types of tubular deformities, shape improvement and augmentation within one intervention.

Material and methods. There were 1007 breast surgeries between 2010 and 2023. Of these, 787 (78.2%) patients were diagnosed with tubular breast. Breast lipofilling was performed in 378 patients; 316 (83.6%) patients underwent correction of tubular breast deformity. The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 13 years.

Results. In 3 months after surgery, we observed regression of all signs of tubular deformity, shape improvement and stable breast augmentation. This effect is achieved by special preoperative marking, injection of adipose tissue 400 ml subcutaneously, under the gland, into the large and small pectoral muscles, around the gland, in chest tissue, around the sternum and decollete, fasciotomy and rigotomy.

Conclusion. Lipofilling for tubular breast deformity provides the best stable results of shape correction and breast augmentation, elimination of all signs of tubularity with low risk of complications.
