Abstract

Post-injection purulent-necrotic soft tissue lesions are still relevant. The authors propose an integrated treatment approach using air plasma flow in various modes, as well as applications of fibrin glue. This accelerates necrolysis and contributes to early wound healing that provides favorable long-term results after autologous skin grafting.
