Abstract

Was to evaluate the long-term results of combined mammoplasty with a T-shaped scar using various methods of fixing the lower slope of the mammary gland tissue and it was carried out for 3 years (observation period: November 2021 — November 2024). Patients were divided into three groups according to the method of formation and fixation of the tissues of the lower slope of the mammary gland. The study group included 93 patients who underwent combined mammoplasty: mastopexy with a T-shaped scar using various methods of fixation of the lower slope of the mammary gland tissue. The long-term result of the operation was assessed after 2 years using a patient questionnaire in the Russian version of the international standardized questionnaire BREAST-Q Version 2.0. It has been established that the use of the deepidermal flap method for fixing the tissue of the lower slope of the mammary gland in combined mammoplasty endoprosthetics of the mammary glands with mastopexy with a T-shaped scar in hypertrophy, ptosis of the 2nd degree of the mammary gland, asymmetry according to the SAC gives a lasting aesthetic result, in combination with a low risk of postoperative complications.
