The implantation of breast endoprostheses at the current stage requires a thorough study of the safety of various implants, including the shells, their texture, and filler. For this reason, a panel discussion on the safety of breast implants was held with the participation of leading surgeons and experts. This article discusses the safety parameters of various endoprosthesis shells, their textures and fillers. Issues related to ruptures of the implant shells, as well as aspects of regulatory regulation in these ruptures, were discussed.
