Abstract

Objective. To improve perioperative planning in aesthetic surgery for face aging.

Material and methods. The authors reviewed modern approaches to examination of the face and neck, as well as own experience in assessing the features of the face and neck on surgical strategy. The results of rejuvenation surgeries were retrospectively analyzed in 178 patients with follow-up 1-6 years (2017—2023).

Results. The first part of this article presented clinical examination of patients with listing the parameters relevant for surgical tactics. This part of the article provides clinical example of appropriate approach.

Conclusion. This article describes preoperative examination of patients with age-related face changes. It is intended to demonstrate description of local status of the patient using the approach to clinical examination presented earlier in the first part of the article.
