INTRODUCTION. Monsplasty and abdominoplasty are popular surgeries aimed at body contouring. In recent years, combination of these procedures has gained attention as patients often express dissatisfaction with standard abdominoplasty results due to unesthetic appearance of pubic area.

Material and methods. A systematic review followed the PRISMA protocol. Reports over the last 10 years were analyzed in PubMed and Google Scholar databases. We used the following keywords: monsplasty, abdominoplasty and surgical outcomes. Original English-language articles published in peer-reviewed journals were included.

Results. Among 213 articles identified in databases, 12 were included in final analysis. Monsplasty combined with abdominoplasty significantly enhances body image perception, patient satisfaction with postoperative results, and functional outcomes. Studies report high patient satisfaction and low complication rates.

Conclusion. Ombination of monsplasty with abdominoplasty offers significant aesthetic and functional benefits, making simultaneous procedures preferable for patients seeking comprehensive body contouring.
