The PAL High-Definition Master’s Course is a two-day event that teaches advanced body sculpting techniques using the PAL® Power-Assisted Liposuction System.
Day One: Your instructors, will host a didactic lecture at Instituto de Benito and will mark each patient with attendees.
Day Two: Attendees will attend live surgery in Clinica Diagonal with Dr. Saad and interact with trainer and patients during cases.

Dr. Saad is an American board certified Plastic Surgeon, specializing in Aesthetic Plastic surgery of the face and body. After completing 11 years of post-doctoral training at Yale University and the University of California in San Diego (UCSD), Dr. Saad started practicing in La Jolla, California, both in private (at FACES+) and academics, serving as faculty at UCSD, teaching students and training residents and fellows the art of Plastic Surgery.
While he still maintains his faculty position at UCSD, Dr. Saad currently practices in Barcelona, Spain at the Instituto deBenito. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) (where he also serves on the teaching course committee), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and Yale Surgical Society.
Dr. Saad is one of the pioneers of high-definition liposculpting using vibratory energy. He has worked extensively to optimize his techniques and improve the technology to provide his patients with artfully defined anatomy and a fast and comfortable recovery.
