The authors demonstrate successful treatment of an 85-year-old patient with melanoma, impaired foot blood supply following concomitant obliterating atherosclerosis and diabetic foot syndrome. Closure of extensive plantar soft tissue defect was performed after resection of melanoma using skin graft and lipofilling.
